Assessments
When homeowners buy a home in Union Park at Norterra, they become part of our wonderful community! As members, they contribute by paying quarterly dues, which help us keep community operations running smoothly and support our reserve funds.
Assessments help cover association management staffing, common area, and amenity maintenance and care, various contractor management, The Post recreation center amenities, and the homeowner Lifestyle program and events.
HOA Assessments are due on the 1st of each quarter: January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st. Assessments received after the due dates are subject to late fees.
Master (includes ALL Union Park homes) $570 billed quarterly.
In addition to the Master, there is also a Neighborhood Assessment fee for these builders:
Townhomes $426 billed quarterly
Ashton Woods, Cachet at the Post & Cachet Retreat - $150 billed quarterly
New Home Company - $210 billed quarterly
CCMC Payment Options
Below are the various options CCMC offers to pay your assessment. If you are using a bill payment service or paying by mail, make sure you include your six-digit account number to ensure the proper application of your payment. Your account number can be found printed on your mailed statement, and if you have any questions, you can contact the CCMC team at (480)602-4797.

New Resident Portal (single Sign-On for Electronic Payments) - Recommended
While all of the previous payment options you used are still available to you, with CCMC's brand new resident portal, you can set up single sign-on (SSO) with Western Alliance Bank (also known as Alliance Association Bank or AAB) to make payments, view your account balance, and access community information all in one place!

Even though single sign-on will allow you to make payments through AAB from the BUURT resident portal, CCMC and AAB are not related companies, and the payment portal is maintained by AAB.

Pay by Mail & Multiple Accounts
When paying by mail or through your online bill payment service, use separate checks and envelopes for each account. Write the account number on each check to ensure the funds are applied correctly.
Please remember to send your coupon or statement stub with your payment. If we can't process your payment automatically, we will change your paper check into an electronic transaction. Mail your payments to:

Pay Through Individual Bank Bill Payment Services
If you use a bill payment service through your bank or a third party, check your account number and the payment address. Many bill pay services remit electronically, so having the correct account number is essential to ensure your payment is applied correctly. If your assessment changes, be sure to update your account information with your bank.
