Homeowner Liaison Committee
Objective: “To discuss issues as a community and develop a well-rounded plan that will benefit the majority.”
Purpose: “The purpose of this Committee is to serve as a sounding board to the Association, the Board of Directors, and the Developer. Members are encouraged to participate in discussions regarding the community and offer ideas and suggestions that will benefit the community as a whole.” (Homeowner Liaison Committee Charter)
Ritesh Mathur

Ritesh is a devoted community member with a deep passion for every aspect of Union Park, especially community events and the youth committee. When he's not cheering on his favorite football team, he loves spending quality time with his wife and two children—and finds true fulfillment in serving and uplifting those around him.
Michelle Kause
Vice Chair
Michelle moved to Union Park in 2021 from California. She enjoys meeting the many new people and dogs in our neighborhood. She looks forward to working with the Liaison Committee on activities for all of us to enjoy and ways to keep our community safe.

Tom Braun
Tom and his wife Barbara moved to Union Park from Colorado in 2020. He most enjoys laps in the pool, where you can find him every morning year-round.
Heather Cronin
We moved here in March 2024 from Massachusetts. We were happy to say goodbye to the cold winters after spending our entire lives there. I love being active and being outside. My hobbies include hiking, golf, and I love to cook. We have 3 adult children who also live in Arizona.
Hemali Shah
Hemali and her family moved to Union Park in 2020. She loves her child and dog-friendly neighborhood. She enjoys bringing neighbors together for community events. She is enthusiastic about working with the Liaison committee to keep this community beautiful and safe for everyone to enjoy.
Matthew Hirt
John Francois
John moved from Wisconsin to Arizona in 1995. This past May, he completed his 37th and last year as a high school English teacher and is now enjoying being a Union Park resident and KHov townhome owner, which he has been since 2021. When John’s not watching and cheering on his beloved Green Bay Packers or Milwaukee Brewers, you can usually find him out on his daily 2-mile walk around the Union Park neighborhood. Please stop and say hello to him if you happen to see him out!
