Confused about how to submit a design modification application? We're here to help! Before getting started, review the Design Guidelines to understand any modification limitations and ensure your project is in compliance. Be sure to submit well before you want to start your project!
What to Expect:
Application: To get started, complete the Architectural Review Form Application. Applications have a maximum processing time of 30 days. Because of this, allow enough time before scheduling the project.
Submission: To prevent delays, please ensure these items are included with your application: a material list, architectural drawing with dimensions, contractor information, pictures or examples, and a site survey plan. Once all documents are submitted, owners will receive a confirmation email.
Review: The Committee assesses the project to ensure that it meets the community guidelines and is conducive to the community's aesthetic.
Decision: The Committee will respond with a decision on your Residential Modification Application within 30 days.
Important Reminders:
- Do not start any work prior to receiving approval.
- Notify the Community Manager when your approved project is completed.
